I’m debating the following:
Why full series?
I think they’d be much more interactive and fun to play! With viewers watching, they could help me decide how to proceed, figure out puzzles etc while playing and all the good stuff. I kinda feel like platform games are done to death for Marathons.
Can I recommend something else?
Of course! I’m all ears. Borderlands 2 has been mentioned a couple times, and that may be an option. I wasn’t very thrilled with Borderlands 1 (I played alone which was probably my biggest issue), but I might debate it!
What about other multiplayer games?
If you guys would like to play WITH me during this marathon, I’d love that, too! I’m thinking about having multiplayer game breaks at set times during the marathon. So, say, 6 hours in I’ll play a few rounds of a multiplayer game with whoever wants to play! Left4Dead, Left4Dead2, Team Fortress 2, etc etc. If you have recommendations, let me know! I can play via PC or PS3.
How will you set up your video feeds?
I’m thinking about having a webcam set up so that you can actually see myself and my friends hanging out and playing, as well as setting up the stream of whatever I’m playing so that you guys can live chat. Any other ideas? Let me know!
