Plot twist.
Final Fantasy IX gave me unrealistic hopes for the other games in the series. I’ve yet to find another one that I like as much as I love it. The closest I’ve come to it are XIII and X because of the sphere grid, crystarium, eidolons/aeons, and a few memorable characters (Fang and Auron).
IX is the third worst game in the series that I’ve played.
Third worst? Why, what’s so bad about it to you?
Bad story, especially the last third of it, annoying characters, and horrible character designs.
It would be worst, but the gameplay is actually a lot of fun, so I did enjoy it unlike FF III and XII, but it just doesn’t stand up to the others in the series.
Monty, thank you for not mention FFVIII. I’m tired of people saying that’s the worst game in the series. *sigh*
I can’t say VIII was the worst, but it was pretty bad (imo). Most of it was alright, but the characters… ughhhh, the characters.
Tifa Lockhart cosplay and my friend, Amy, dressed as Alice from RE: Apocalypse. This is a few years old, as well. We won Best Performance and I got Second Place for Best Costume. ^_^ Click the bottom photo so you can actually see the shoes. They were my fave part!
